apply start by painting your nails with your
first polish color and let dry.

tweak now paint liquid palisade
on top of your first color in any design pattern:
stripes, polka dots, etc.

polish once liquid palisade dries, paint on your
second color right over liquid palisade (it's coming right off anyway!)

peel before your second polish color dries,
simply peel off liquid palisade like a stretchy string
to reveal your design.
