Using the Shopping Basket

You can order quickly and easily through liquidpalisade.com.

To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Place in Basket" of the item you wish to buy.

To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled "Remove" and click "Recalculate" to see your new total.

To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate."

At this time, we only accept and deliver orders within the United States. You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase. For more information, please see our Privacy Statement.

Sign In

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, Click Here to reset your password.

If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your e-mail address (login) and password, before completing the checkout process. Click here to register.

Shipping

After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

International shipping

liquidpalisade.com ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also liquidpalisade.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses.
For U.S. orders and shipping with liquidpalisade.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.

Order confirmation

Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order Now."

If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.

Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. Within 24 hours, you'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click "Place Order Now."

We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your order status.

Payment information

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card, as well as paypal and googlecart.  Select one credit card for the payment of your order.

Only one promotional code can be used towards an order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit. If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.

Placing Orders by Mail and Fax

kiesque does not accept mail and/or fax orders at this time.

Return by Mail

We'll gladly accept returns for any liquidpalisade.com products upon receiving your items within 14 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers. Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
  2. Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip.
  3. Mail your liquidpalisade.com return to:

Return Refunds and Credits

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 14 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 14 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

Returning a Gift

If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We can either credit your kiesque account with online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
